This traditional ‘two-up / two-down’ Victorian semi-detached dwelling incorporated a modern two storey rear and single storey single storey side extension to almost double the internal footprint of the property creating some much needed family rooms and open plan living areas for our clients lifestyle needs. The ground floor was opened out to benefit from the garden views and the use of a patent glazing roof system ensure the light would fill open plan kitchen / dining area and linked family room. The first floor incorporated the relocated bathroom (formerly on the ground floor) and a third bedroom / nursery for the clients expected child.

The locally appointed contractors worked closely with the clients and neighbouring properties to ensure the site constraints would not affect the living qualities of the families throughout the build. Which proved successful as the project was completed on time without any issues.
