When looking for our new studio location in 2016 we were offered a 100 year old townhouse on the High Street in Whitstable. The property had been formerly used a veterinary practice for the past 30 years so was in need of a full refurbishment.

Once purchased we stripped the existing building back to its original core and refurbished the ground floor and lower ground floor to accommodate our new studio space, separate offices and meeting room.

The upper floors were separated from the studio space to create a 1 bedroom self-contained holiday let ‘Seasalt’. Which has become a popular destination for coastal retreats.
